No. This form is only for the initial enquiry. After your message is received, we send you a personal, single-use encrypted upload link. The NGS report, pathology paperwork and clinical summary are uploaded through that link, never as plain attachments.
First confirmation arrives within 4 hours and a clinical response within 24 hours. The signed, tier-classified report is delivered with a median of 72 hours from the moment the full case file reaches us. STAT (urgent) cases are turned around in 24 hours.
