Can I send health data through this form?
No. This form is only for the initial enquiry. After your message is received, we send you a personal, single-use encrypted upload link. The NGS report, pathology paperwork and clinical summary are uploaded through that link, never as plain attachments.

How long does a reply take?
First confirmation arrives within 4 hours and a clinical response within 24 hours. The signed, tier-classified report is delivered with a median of 72 hours from the moment the full case file reaches us. STAT (urgent) cases are turned around in 24 hours.

Which languages can I correspond in?
English, Turkish, Bulgarian, Romanian and Bosnian. The signed report is delivered in your physician’s language of choice.

Which NGS panels do you accept?
Tempus xT/xR, FoundationOne CDx, Guardant360, Caris MI, Illumina TSO500 and most equivalent large panels, plus many in-house panels. If you’re not sure, send us only the cover page of your report and we’ll confirm compatibility within 4 hours.

Who decides the treatment?
Always the treating physician. We hand over the evidence (tier-classified, sequenced, resistance-mapped) so the physician who signs the plan does so with the fullest molecular picture.

Can a patient submit a case without a physician?
Yes. Patients and families can submit cases directly through the form on this page. We’ll ask for the NGS report, pathology and a brief clinical summary. The signed second-opinion report is then shared with you, and, with your consent, with your treating physician.
