A second opinion you can hold in your hands.
Send your genomic test from home. We turn it into a clear, physician-signed strategy — written in English for your doctor, and explained to you in your own language. Available in TR, EN, BG, RO, BA.
We do not give patients medical advice. We work alongside the physician managing your care.
From your lab report to a treatment plan your physician can act on.
From your armchair, on your phone.
Upload your lab report: Tempus, Foundation, Guardant, Caris, or an in-house panel. A PDF or a scan both work. Add a couple of lines about your diagnosis and current treatment. That's it.
- Files are encrypted in transit and at rest
- No account required · a link shared by your physician also works
- Family members and caregivers can submit on your behalf
Genes become a strategy.
Within 72 hours, the team led by Prof. İbrahim Yıldız reads the molecular profile, re-grades every finding against your specific tumor type, and writes a 12-section structured advisory report. PARPi, immunotherapy, MEK inhibitors, clinical trials: every option is weighed against your particular case.
- DNA + RNA + IHC are reconciled into a single truth
- Tier IB → IV is re-graded against your tumor type and line of therapy
- 1L → 2L → 3L+ is planned today, not at progression
NCCN consensus, with a hormonal-backbone option. Graded by evidence level, with clinical-trial alternatives.
Colleague to colleague, in your physician's language.
The full English clinical report reaches your treating physician, together with a direct line for questions. Phone, email or video; tumor-board participation on request. Decisions remain your physician's. We supply the evidence.
- A colleague-to-colleague conversation with your treating oncologist
- Clinical-trial referrals with verified NCT ids and contact sites
- A resistance plan ready before progression
Written so that you can understand it too.
Alongside the clinical document, you receive a personal letter in your own language: Turkish, English, Bulgarian, Romanian, or Bosnian. What was found, what it means, what the plan is, and what to expect.
- A plain-language summary, not medical jargon
- A glossary of every clinical term used
- Keep it, share it with family, or bring it to a second hospital
The most personal data you will ever share. Protected accordingly.
Your genomic profile is among the most sensitive data you will ever generate. We built our workflow around that fact, not in spite of it.
Encrypted in transit and at rest
Your data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest at the application layer with libsodium AEAD (XChaCha20-Poly1305 for uploaded files, XSalsa20-Poly1305 for case data). Master keys are kept in server configuration outside the web root.
GDPR and KVKK compliant
EU-standard (GDPR/KVKK) data processing. You may request full deletion of your data at any time and receive confirmation within 72 hours.
Anonymous evaluation
Internal review uses case codes. Your name appears only on the final signed report, and only with your consent.
Your file belongs to you
The original files belong to you. We never sell, share, or use them as training data. They are permanently deleted on request.
Shared with permission, identities protected. Real outcomes.
"They saw a target three other labs had missed. We changed the plan within two weeks."
"My oncologist appreciated how the report was structured. We finally had a 2nd-line plan before progression."
"Prof. Dr. İbrahim Yıldız called us himself (in Turkish) and walked through every option one by one."
Questions patients and families ask most often.
Do I need a referral from my physician?
No. You can apply directly. We send our opinion to both you and any physician you designate. Most of our cases come from patients' family members.
Which test reports do you accept?
All major NGS panels: Tempus xT/xR, FoundationOne CDx, Guardant360, Caris MI, Illumina TSO500, or your hospital's own panel. Both PDF and scanned files are fine.
Will you replace my physician?
No. We never replace your treating physician. We work alongside them. Final clinical decisions remain solely your physician's responsibility. We provide tiered evidence.
What languages do you write in?
Clinical reports are written in English (the standard for global oncology). You also receive a personal letter in your own language: Turkish, English, Bulgarian, Romanian, or Bosnian.
How fast is delivery?
A median of 72 hours from intake. Priority (48 hours) and STAT (24 hours) options are available for time-sensitive cases. Please indicate urgency when you apply.
What does it cost?
A single case fee applies for the structured advisory and physician consultation (tax included). Family discounts and financial-hardship arrangements are available. Contact us for the current fee.
Bring us the report. We meet you exactly where you are.
Talk to us before deciding. No medical advice is given in this call — just a candid conversation about whether a molecular second opinion could help.
