This Cookie Policy explains how the NGS Advisory website uses cookies and similar technologies. In short: we use only strictly necessary cookies for the site to function and stay secure, and a cookieless analytics tool. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

What cookies are

Cookies we use
- Strictly necessary (technical) cookies: required for core site functions, session management and security (for example WAF / bot protection). These are used on the basis of our legitimate interest in providing and securing the service (applicable Turkish data protection law; GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) and do not require consent.
- Optional (analytics/marketing) cookies: none. Our analytics is cookieless (see Section 3) and we run no advertising. If this ever changes, optional cookies would be placed only after your consent via a cookie banner, which you could withdraw at any time.
Analytics (cookieless)
To understand visit trends, we use only Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly tool that does not set cookies, does not fingerprint devices, does not track visitors across sites and produces only aggregate statistics. Because it sets no cookies and collects no identifiable personal data, no cookie consent is required for it.
