Sections 1-7
Disclaimer
What this advisory is, and what it is not

Please read this disclaimer together with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. By using this website and the advisory service, you acknowledge and accept the points below.

01

Nature of the service

NGS Advisory reviews an existing next-generation sequencing (NGS) / molecular report against current guidelines and the published literature, and returns a structured, calibrated second opinion. The content of this website and of our reports is intended for informational and educational purposes and as decision support for the treating physician.

It does not establish a diagnosis, does not prescribe medicines, and does not direct treatment. It is one expert input among the many that the treating physician weighs.

02

No physician-patient relationship is formed online

Using this website, reading its content, or submitting a report for review does not, by itself, create a physician-patient relationship and does not constitute an examination. Our review is performed on the documents provided to us; we do not examine the patient and do not have access to the complete clinical record unless it is supplied.

Always consult your physician Never disregard professional medical advice, or delay seeking it, because of something you have read on this website or in our report. Always discuss any change to your care with your treating physician.
03

The treating physician retains full authority

All clinical decisions, including whether to start, change or stop any treatment, are made solely by the treating physician together with the patient, taking into account the full clinical picture. NGS Advisory does not assume responsibility for treatment decisions; it provides tier-graded evidence and options for the physician to consider.

04

No guarantee of outcomes

Medicine and molecular oncology are uncertain and evolve continuously. We apply current evidence and careful judgement, but we cannot and do not guarantee any particular clinical outcome, response to therapy, eligibility for a clinical trial, or that every relevant option has been identified. Genomic interpretation can change as guidelines, evidence and assays are updated.

05

Therapies, off-label use and clinical trials

Where our content mentions drug classes, off-label options or clinical trials, this is informational only and is not a recommendation, endorsement or prescription. Approval status, availability and reimbursement differ by country and change over time. Off-label use and trial participation carry their own risks and must be evaluated and supervised by the treating physician and, where relevant, the trial team.

We do not use brand names as endorsements; medicines are generally referred to at the class level.

06

Third-party content and links

Our content cites external sources (for example guideline bodies and the scientific literature) for transparency. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or availability of third-party websites, and a citation or link does not imply endorsement.

07

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NGS Advisory and its operator are not liable for any loss or harm arising from reliance on this website or our advisory beyond the proper scope described above. This disclaimer does not exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Our advisory must be read together with the full report and the treating physician’s assessment.
