Service and fee
The fee is the same across all three tiers: USD 2,800; the only difference lies in delivery speed and payment timing.
Selected tier: STAT (24 hours) / Priority (48 hours) / Standard (72 hours); all three tiers are subject to the same fee.
- Total fee
- USD 2,800 (inclusive of 20% VAT). For Buyers resident abroad, VAT is applied at 0% under the service-export regime. For payments made in Turkish Lira, the amount is calculated using the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey (CBRT) foreign-exchange selling rate on the date of payment.
- Payment

STAT: the full amount is paid in advance at the time of application; Priority: half is paid upon application, with the remaining half paid upon delivery of the report; Standard: no advance payment is collected; the full amount is paid after the report has been prepared and notification has been sent.
Performance
The time period runs from the moment all information and documents are received in full; the report is released via a secure link following payment.
The Service is performed, once all information/documents required for performance (NGS results, clinical information) have been received in full, within the timeframe of the selected tier (STAT 24 hours / Priority 48 hours / Standard 72 hours); a “ready” notification is sent once the report is complete, and, once payment is completed (the full amount for Standard, the remaining balance for Priority), the report is made available to the Buyer via a secure link.
In the Standard tier, the preparation of the report prior to payment constitutes early commencement of performance with the Buyer's explicit consent (see A.6).
Nature of the Service and medical responsibility
The Buyer acknowledges that the Service is not a medical diagnosis/treatment, that it constitutes decision support in the nature of a second opinion, and that the final decision rests with the physician conducting the treatment (see Terms of Use A.2, A.3).
